LA Fitness Vision: To have 200 Clubs In the LA Fitness Portfolio LA Fitness Mission: To support our Members and Colleagues to achieve their goals LA Fitness Values: SUCCESS S Supportive U Unique C Commercial C Consistent E Enjoyment S Standards S Success What you will do: Maximise club revenue through managing your team and self to actively recruit new members Achieve and exceed membership sales and revenue targets Manage the Membership Sales Advisors to exceed new membership sales Plan the marketing calendar and sales plan for the month in conjunction with the club manager Implement the sales promotions and campaign, following the monthly business launch Drive the corporate strategy for the clubs Achieve minimum daily activity targets Achieve monthly membership revenue target KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Be a committed and determined individual who is motivated by the challenge of managing a team Experience of managing a team - greater than a year Experience of working to sales and revenue targets-greater than two years Proven record in sales demonstrating experience of active involvement in new Lead generation Leadership Effective communication skills What we offer Basic salary-£18k-£20k On Target Earnings - 32k Challenging environment where career goals can be achieved through personal development and supportive management Interested?
