TravelBound is a tour operator specialising in group travel for schools and adults. We offer a wide range of worldwide educational tours from Normandy Battlefield Tours to Cricket Tours in Barbados. We are looking for a Regional Sales/Product Development Executive to join our team based in Brighton.
What You'll Be Doing
Working for one of the UK's leading Schools Tour Operators you will focus on achieving set targets by directly selling our extensive range of educational tours to schools as well as having a proactive approach to generating new business.
As a main point of contact for our customers, you'll provide an excellent pre and post departure service, obtaining feedback where possible to improve our processes as well as managing all aspects of administration until bookings are confirmed.
A key part of this role will be the development of the TravelBound product, raising the company's profile by conducting market research and contributing to development projects.
What We're Looking For
With proven negotiation skills you'll be ambitious and target driven with the ability and desire to work in a pressured environment. You'll also be exceptional when it comes to building relations with our customers and have excellent administration skills. Experience of working with all MS Office packages is also essential for this role.
